Healing Drum Circle

Join Rosie and Kay for a fun and laughter filled evening playing hand held drums for our joy and wellbeing.
No experience necessary. You will be guided into free flow drumming, lifting our spirits, releasing tension and bringing happiness to us all. No complicated rhythms to learn or remember, our heartbeat is the most powerful rhythm. Simple, yet stunningly effective.
Gathering and playing together is a delight and you will leave feeling buoyed and energised. An opportunity to free your inner child, raise the roof and step into your power!
We have drums and rattles to borrow, if you have your own drum, please do bring it along.
Sweet treats and a chance to chat and connect in a safe space.

Drum Birthing Day

Join Rosie & Kay in rural Central Bedfordshire for a 1 day workshop birthing your own natural skin shamanic drum in ceremony. Bespoke 1-1 or create your own drum birthing event with friends. Please contact us to plan your special day prior to to booking.
It is an honour and a privilege to birth your own drum and as such we heal the lives that have been gifted to create such a sacred object. Pledging our commitment to care and protect it with grace and humility.
Together we will create sacred space, Journey connecting and honoring the ethically sourced materials, opening our hearts and setting intentions. If you have your own drum for the drum circle to cleanse and build energy, please do bring it along or we will have some to borrow.
You have the option of a 12, 14 or 16 inch, single or double sided, hand held frame drum and mallet. With an oak hoop and deer hide.
All materials, tools and guidance provided.
Snacks and refreshments provided, please bring your own packed lunch to enable you to pause and eat when right for you during your drum creation.
Suggested timings are:
- 9:30-5pm Drum Making
Deposit of £100 secures your space, total cost
Single Sided: 12" Drum £225, 14" Drum £250, 16" Drum £275
Double Sided: m12" Drum £275, 14" Drum £300
per person.
Spiritual Development Circle

A monthly spiritual development circle.
Held at Sutton Village Hall, the first Wed of the month.
Joining together to support, share knowledge, healing and gain practical experience to extend and develop you.
Open to curious observers, toe dippers, more experienced and practitioners.
Focusing on different topics each month, flowing with the seasons and our needs.
A community together in support and happiness.

Heart Harmony Wellbeing Retreat

As we embrace Autumn, join us for a wonderful day retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of the season. Focus on your own wellbeing and selfcare, building resilience, restoring your inner peace. A delectable day with Rosie and Kay's attentive nurturing.
Eyeworth Village Hall is set in a picturesque rural village. A step into the countryside and embraced by nature.
The day's events will flow with gentle yoga based movement, meditation, mindfulness, reiki, crystal and sound healing. Leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for the season celebrations.
Suitable for all, no experience necessary. All equipment and materials provided, you may wish to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow and drum if you have one.
A warm buffet style lunch is included, if you'd like to bring a contribution it will be gratefully received with thanks. Please inform us of any dietary requirements on booking.
